Harry Smith: Fragments of a Northwest Life – book

$100.00

Out of print, 2000. Darrin Daniel traces the early life of Harry Smith and his family roots from his early childhood in the Pacific Northwest. There are few traces left of the young Smith and Daniel has made some sense of those years 1928 through 1949—from Harry claiming to be fathered by Aleister Crowley, to documenting what little is known of his parents and grandparents—to his earliest anthropological recordings of the indigenous peoples that were donated along with artifacts and related materials to the University of Washington.

28 pgs. saddle-stitched in a limited edition of 750.
